You’ll study and discuss the ancients’ understanding of our innate interconnectedness with the earth, as well as have numerous opportunities to deepen your relationship with the natural elements. Because we’ll be studying and discussing ideas related to the inter-dynamics between all of life, you’ll be encouraged to cook meals, walk, and practice asana with others.
We’ll begin on Friday evening with an introductory teaching and discussion session as well as a vegan/vegetarian, non-alcohol potluck. We’ll come together for three more sessions and a meditative walk on Saturday, and a final session on Sunday morning.
The size of the group is intentionally small to allow for deep, quiet connection with your inner and outer space.
